Job Title: Benefits Analyst

Location: 100% Remote – CENTRAL TIME ZONE

Compensation: $32 – $38 / hour

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM CST

About Our Client:

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a growing organization supporting approximately 3,500 employees. Our client is seeking experienced benefits analysts to provide crucial support during Open Enrollment season. This is a remote role.

Job Description:

We are looking for detail-oriented Benefits Analysts to assist with Open Enrollment for our client’s workforce. This role involves benefits administration, reporting, data reconciliation, and supporting employees with enrollment questions. Strong Excel skills and experience with benefits platforms are essential.

This assignment is expected to run through the end of February with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer benefits for Open Enrollment, ensuring all employees have selected appropriate coverage.
• Use Excel (including VLOOKUPs) to reconcile enrollment data and reports.
• Navigate and troubleshoot Employee Navigator and Paycor platforms.
• Communicate directly with employees and HR partners to resolve enrollment issues and provide high-level customer service.
• Enter changes and maintain accurate benefit records.
• Support the HR team in delivering a seamless Open Enrollment experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Employee Navigator and Paycor.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a benefits or leave administration role.
• Experience managing leaves and benefits for employees across all 50 states.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and workbook management.
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
