- Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 per annum
Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Security, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist the Director of Security with daily operations of the security department including the scheduling and delegation of tasks for security personnel.
- Assist with the development of departmental policies and standards of operation to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, vendors, staff and surrounding areas.
- Develops training programs for security personnel that ensure policies are enforced and that supports growth and continual improvement of team members.
Qualifications
- Must have minimum of 3 years previous experience as a police officer, military police officer or security management
- Lifting more than 25 pounds is unusual, but extensive walking and climbing stairs is not.
- May be required to stand or walk on a consistent basis during a work shift
